From the very beginning of our relationship when John promptly returned our phone call, he demonstrated a reliable expertise and congenial and understanding attitude regarding new blinds throughout our home.  During his initial visit he listened to our ideas and also offered valuable suggestions that broadened our perspective.  His knowledge and past experience proved extremely helpful!  On the day of installation he moved and carefully replaced items as needed, and removed packing materials. We estimated how long it would take John to complete the installation, and he did it in half the time.  We were very comfortable having John in our home, and we appreciated all the information he provided about the care and cleaning of our new blinds; he also suggested how the lighting in individual rooms could be easily regulated.  If we need additional window treatments, we will certainly call John.
